Tables are all between 6-8 feet in length (most are 8). Vendor can ask for a particular size preference, however, size will cannot be guaranteed until the day of the festival and will then be on a first come, first serve basis. Vendor tables do sell out quickly so reserve yours well in advance. Reservations are not complete until paypal payment has cleared. We try our best to accommodate our vendors.
Two vendor passes are included with each vendors table and give both persons general admission. A laminated pass may or may not be required to be on vendors at all times depending on the security needs at the given event.
All tables will be sold on a First-Come, First-Served Basis. If we don’t have your payment prior to the show, you will not have a table. We will not take reservations without payment or deposit.
Limited Booths are available. Booths will feature a table and be curtained in. They are also located in a prime position near the theatre and concessions.
Vendor table fee is: $105 ($155 after August 19th 2011) and due in full to hold spot.
Spook Show Entertainment, Festivals of Fright and The Chicago Horror Film Festival claim no commission on any vendor sales. All moneys made by vendor sales are profits for the vendor 100%.
The Chicago Horror Film Festival will add your banner to the “Vendors” page of the ChicagoHorrorFest.com website once payment is made if vendor sends one. (email banner to willy@spookshowentertainment.com to be included in web advertising).

Dealer’s exhibits may not intrude in the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer’s tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Marshall.
Wall space is not available, if you need to hang items on a vertical surface, you need to use tape or provide your own backdrop & support system.
